They spend several days in a dark box without light or water, so some cosmetic changes are completely normal. • Leaves may arrive with yellowing, wrinkles, minor blemishes, bent vines, broken leaves, or other signs of shipping stress. These are normal risks when purchasing live plants online and do not qualify for a refund or replacement. • I pack every order with great care, but once your package is accepted by UPS, I cannot control delays, rough handling, weather, or other shipping conditions. • To give your plants the best chance of arriving safely, I highly recommend upgrading to UPS Overnight shipping. Overnight shipping is required if you would like my Live Arrival Guarantee. • Please allow your plants time to adjust after arrival. Shipping stress, temperature changes, or repotting too soon (within the first 2 weeks) can affect your plant’s health. Overwatering, underwatering, or improper care after delivery is the buyer’s responsibility. ⸻ 📦 Shipping & Sales Policy • All sales are final. • No buyer’s remorse. Once you place a bid or purchase an item, the sale is final. No cancellations. • My standard shipping method is UPS. Shipping upgrades, including UPS Overnight, are available. • I am not responsible for shipping delays, weather-related issues, lost packages, carrier mishandling, or damage that occurs once the package has been accepted by UPS. • Shipping costs are based on box size, weight, and destination. ⸻ ❤️ If There Is an Issue With Your Order If your package arrives with a concern, please do the following: 1. Bring your package inside and open it within 30 minutes of delivery. 2. Record a continuous unboxing video starting before the box is opened and showing the entire unpacking process. 3. Contact me within 24 hours of delivery with your video and any concerns. Please note that photos alone are not accepted. An unedited unboxing video is required for me to review any Live Arrival Guarantee claim.
