Cattleya rex is a prized epiphytic orchid species known for its large (almost 7â) showy, fragrant flowers, typically creamy-white with a deep purple or crimson lip, native to the montane forests of Peru and Bolivia. It requires bright, indirect light, intermediate to warm temperatures (60-80°F), high humidity (60-80%), and good air circulation, with watering when the potting medium approaches dryness. This species is considered relatively easy to grow and is valued by collectors for its regal appearance and abundant blooms. Near blooming-size plant growing in a 2â pot. Plants are growerâs choice. We will take care to select the best specimen available to fulfill your order. Blooms not guaranteed to survive shipping, unfortunately. Shipping fee of $16 plus $2 per each additional plant purchased. Shipping date will be agreed upon by seller and buyer.
