Hi, I’m Chelsea! 👋 — I obsessively collect and grow a 💩 ton of hoyas (and some aroids) inside my house near Madison, WI. Everything I sell comes straight from my personal collection and is grown with so much love and care. — I’m an experienced shipper, and I pack my plant babies with the utmost care. I do everything in my power to make sure plants arrive the way that I like to receive them. — I ship Monday–Wednesday from WI via UPS 2nd Day (USPS available upon request). Insulation is included, and a UPS Next Day Air upgrade is available in my shop. — Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping so I can make sure your plant is truly ready to travel to you. — I guarantee live arrival on UPS Next Day Air, but that guarantee is voided if there are shipping delays beyond my control or there is a delay in rescuing the plant(s) after delivery, mishandling of packages by the carrier, or extreme weather. If there is an issue, please message me within 2 hours of the package being delivered with photos and videos of the plants and packaging. — For me, plants aren’t just plants—they are a major part in healing from and normalizing my neurological disorder. 🌿 About Your Plant . This plant is fully rooted in vermiculite, grown indoors, and acclimated to ambient home conditions (~65–75°F / 30–45% humidity). ⸻ 🪴 Preventative Care All the plants I sell have recently been treated using my standard rotation: • Abamectin / Etoxazole foliar sprays • Talak foliar spray • Kontos watered in once rooted . Foliar sprays can leave light residue or spotting on the leaves. It’s cosmetic only and does not harm the plant. I use a homemade leaf cleaner to remove spots when possible, but some may be stubborn or easy to miss. ⸻ 🐛 Quarantine & Treatment Reminder I try to do my part to keep pests down, but please quarantine and treat all new plants, no matter who you buy from. . I use horticultural oil in my rotation (and abamectin is oil-based), so please either: • Clean leaves thoroughly before applying sulfur, or • Wait ~4 weeks after arrival before using sulfur products on this plant. ⸻ 📦 Shipping & Timing I typically ship Monday–Wednesday from Wisconsin via UPS 2nd Day with insulation. (USPS is available on request.) . Please allow up to 2 weeks for your plant to ship, unless my show notes state otherwise. I check temps and weather to choose the safest ship date. ⸻ 🌱 Live Arrival I’m responsible for your plant until it leaves my hands. Live arrival is guaranteed only on UPS Next Day Air. . The guarantee may be void if: • the carrier delays the package, • the box isn’t brought inside promptly, • there is extreme weather, or • the package is mishandled. . If there’s an issue with your package or plant(s), please message me within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the plant(s) and packaging.
