• Plants may experience stress during shipping. I’m located in Iowa, where temperatures can fluctuate, so I highly recommend upgrading your shipping to help ensure a safe delivery for your new plants.
• There is always some risk when ordering live plants online, and while I pack each order with care, I cannot guarantee perfection once the plants leave my hands.
• All sales are final.
• 25% fee applies to cancellations.
• Standard shipping is UPS 3 day - USPS or FedEx may be considered if requested.
• I am not responsible for shipping delays, weather-related issues, or damage during transit.

• Bring plants inside and unbox them within 30 minutes of delivery.
• Provide an unboxing video showing the plant’s condition upon opening.
