Plants grown in soil, leca, pon, perlite, or water will likely be shipped in moss. Some states are very strict and will confiscate the plant shipped in soil. These are CA, FL, and AZ.
LIVE guarantee is only if you upgrade to next day air shipping. Unboxing video is required within 2 hours of delivery. This does not cover cosmetic damages.
There is a risk of plant(s) arriving with brown and/or yellowed leaves, bent stem, fallen/broken leaves, cosmetic damage, and at times rot. This is a common issue of shipping and environmental stress.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, theft, weather related damages/loss, or any issues related to shipping. Please check with carrier for lost/delayed/damaged packages.
