Pinguicula Mehitable - Tissue Culture, Small (5.5oz) Flask

Pinguicula "Mehitable" is a unique hybrid created by Bob Beer, affectionately named after an “old lady” due to its flower’s resemblance to a traditional pansy. While its exact lineage is uncertain, the mother plant was Pinguicula agnata “Red Leaf”. This butterwort features large, ruffled purple flowers with a yellow throat and white spots that accentuate its purple veins. Its leaves are ovular and blush beautifully under high light. Our small format Pinguicula flasks are created with beginners in mind and are the perfect way to get started with the world of tissue culture and carnivorous plants.
